Working Student – EMEA Order Management (m/w/d)
The ASMPT team is looking to immediately fill the following position at its Vienna location!
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist with order entry and validation in SAP ERP systems and other systems
- Support order tracking and status updates for internal teams and customers
- Help resolve order-related issues, including missing information or discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Provide administrative support for the EMEA Order Management team
Your qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for 20 hours per week
