The ASMPT team is looking to immediately fill the following position at its Vienna location!

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist with order entry and validation in SAP ERP systems and other systems
• Support order tracking and status updates for internal teams and customers
• Help resolve order-related issues, including missing information or discrepancies
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
• Provide administrative support for the EMEA Order Management team

Your qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for 20 hours per week
