Project Manager Placement Solutions (m/w/d)
Strengthen our project management team in Munich!
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for planning and implementation of the service phases from requirements definition, concept development, design specification, construction, prototyping, module testing, system integration, through to series production start-up and product maintenance
- Leading interdisciplinary teams of 10 to 20 project team members as well as external service providers and suppliers with budgets of up to EUR 5 million
- Monitoring the progress of the project in terms of functionality, quality, production costs, time, resources, budget with clear orientation of the project team members in a spirit of partnership and reporting to management
- Solving unforeseen challenges in coordinating cooperation with the specialist group leaders in systems engineering, mechanical development, electrical and electronics development, purchasing, parts and component production, machine assembly and commissioning, service and quality management
- Combining customer orientation with the achievement of commercial goals
Your qualifications:
As Expert
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in development, ideally in mechanical engineering or automation technology
- Professional proof in project management, ideally with a qualification such as IPMA/GPM, PMI, Prince2 or comparable
- Initiative, analytical skills, results orientation and the necessary soft skills to lead the project teams
- Understanding the tools of the trade, including agile methods, as a means to an end in order to continuously expand your own experience from project to project
- Enjoy working on international projects and have a very good command of German and English
- Enthusiasm to push technical boundaries with us and develop new automation ideas in the ‘Industry 4.0’ environment
